PoolPilot AI collects only what it needs to give you a pool assessment: your account email, the pool details and test readings you enter, and any pool photos you upload.

What we store

Your analyses, pool profiles, and uploaded photos are stored in your account so you can review your pool-care history. They are protected by row-level security and are visible only to you.

AI processing

Photos and readings you submit are sent to our AI provider to generate an assessment. They are not sold, and they are not used to identify you.

Analytics

We record basic product events (page views, analyses started and completed, language and currency choices) to understand how the product is used.

Your choices

You can delete your analyses history data or close your account at any time by contacting us from the email address on your account.
